Verification process opens for UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard
Building owners can now apply to have their buildings verified to the UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard by an independent third party.
If successful, the building can be certified as Net Zero Carbon Aligned on the UKNZCBS register.
For buildings that have already been registered, claimants can now obtain a verification quote from Bureau Veritas, and appoint the company to carry out verification.
The first step in the verification journey is to register a building with the UKNZCBS. Stakeholders can start the registration process by visiting the website. The verification process is also explained here.
