Session 2: Balancing performance with building and occupant health
Chaired by David Stevens, this session features Dr Philip Webb, Peter Brown, and Saurabh Bhandari, delving into how performance optimisation can be harmonised with occupant wellbeing—ensuring that buildings are not only efficient, but also healthy and human-centric.
Session 3: Successful collaboration and lessons learnt – Design Vs. Maintenance
With Joanna Harris (UK&I Head of Technical Services, Sodexo) chairing, and speakers including Bernard Crouch, James Campbell, Joanna Harris, and Sylvain Blanchard, this panel will reflect on critical learnings from real-world projects where long-term maintenance outcomes informed or challenged design decisions.
Session 4: Post occupancy evaluation
Chaired by Volkan Doda, Head of Design Technologies at Atelier Ten, this session includes insights from Dr Victoria Tink, Ellen Salazar, Tom McNeil, and Volkan Doda, showcasing how POE can be used to close the feedback loop, identify improvement opportunities, and validate design intent in practice.
