Inside elementalLONDON 2025: what not to miss
The inaugural elementalLONDON is drawing closer, and in this article we take a look at the reasons why this event all about advancing the efficiency of buildings is not one to be missed.
elementalLONDON, taking place 19-20 November at London’s Excel, with Baxi as its headline sponsor, is the UK’s first built environment event dedicated to building efficiency and decabonisation. There’s a lot going on both days of the show which industry professionals won’t want to miss. Here are some of the key highlights.
Packed speaker programme
Our two-day programme of thought-provoking and informative content includes five theatres and over 200 expert speakers from the built environment world.
We are pleased to announce that science writer, broadcaster and comedian Timandra Harkness has signed up to speak at elementalLONDON on 19 November. She will speak about AI and its impact on society and how that impacts on the built environment.
Timandra joins a growing list of fantastic speakers from across the building supply chain. Some of our confirmed speakers so far include:

The event programme is fully CPD certified by The CPD Group, so visitors to elementalLONDON can collect CPD points by attending sessions hosted by our engaging and insightful speakers.

Partnership with CIBSE Build2Perform Live
As part of a long-term strategic partnership, the long running and widely respected CIBSE Build2Perform Live will be aligned with elementalLONDON for 2025 and beyond, offering an enhanced experience for exhibitors and visitors alike, drawing on the expertise of both event teams.
The hallmarks of Build2Perform Live will also be at elementalLONDON through live content sessions, including the CIBSE-approved CPD programme in the two Build2Perform Theatres.
The ‘Synergy’ and ‘Influence’ Theatres will deliver a programme of engaging topics for building services engineers and the wider industry. A full event programme for both is now available on the elementalLONDON website.
The HAUS
The HAUS is a full-scale two-storey house build that will take centre stage at elementalLONDON.
Designed by award-winning architects IF_DO and built using regenerative materials by Natural Building Systems. The HAUS will act as a focal point at elementalLONDON to demonstrate our commitment to bringing the industry together in a constructive and meaningful way with the common goal of decarbonising buildings.
The HAUS is built using NBS’s ADEPT integrated and demountable modular system to ensure it can be completed within an incredibly tight timeframe. ADEPT is designed for full adaptability and non-destructive disassembly to aid circularity and reuse.
Networking and learning opportunities
The scale of the Net Zero challenge facing the built environment is colossal. The only way that we will be able to tackle the issue at scale is by working together, across the entire building supply chain.
elementalLONDON will provide a huge number of networking opportunities for attendees, with a whole host of breakout sessions, such as a heat pump action workshop being hosted by the Carbon Trust and Betateach on 19 November.
